My name is Kate Rowe-Ham and I am a Level 3 qualified personal trainer who specialises in helping women reach their fitness potential.
I want to help woman find a love of exercise and in doing so, give them the tools they need to adopt a sustainable approach to exercise giving long-lasting results.
As a mum of 3, I know how our needs can fall by the wayside and I am passionate about motivating and inspiring women, helping them find ways to time to get fit and stay fit
I know first hand how hard it can be to regain body confidence after children, and that now as I head into peri-menopause some of the symptoms can leave you feeling very overwhelmed and anxious.
I am determined to help women reach and achieve their fitness goals, so they can stay strong mentally and physically.
I want to encourage them to see how diet and exercise can make a positive impact on how they feel, and for them to you can gain an understanding of how mind and body work together, so they truly appreciate what they are capable of regardless of shape, size or age.
